Students must team?

So far im extremely happy with my experiences, only some small suprises, but they were mainly my own fault. Training is non stop until your husband is ready to upgrade. Depending on the trainer and the FM, your husband might get to come home atleast once during that period.

 

Could you be more specific in the "small surprises"?

 

have you read any threads? Most of us have posted about those "small surprises"

 

Whatching a truck roll over in front of you is a surprise, but not a small one.

 

I have just started reading, There is alot to look at!!

so far cant complain like mont said we all have small surprises(trlr not clearing customs for 3days) so we can/cant control live and learn

 

Mrs.General, hopefully after 6 months to a year your husband can find good paying local work. I did 15 months OTR before finding a local gig.

 

Everyone's dream it seems, but until the economy recovers: IE: we get a new president.... those local and LTL get home daily jobs will be in shortage.

 

There is quite a few popping around here. Mostly with staffing companies hauling automotive.

Ceva is a good place to look. I know they are in Florida. They hire through temp agencies. They do Dell computers here, GM, Chrysler.
