All I can say is it's a team operation that lasts about a month.
A good friend of mine recently went through it. He hated every second of training, but that's normal.
Loves the company now.

I was told by a student in shippensburg that they just got rid of the 8 week rule.

I don't know if pay is different for a regional driver but for otr you get paid the same no matter where you go. I started at 34 cents per mile.
