Well and good that you are concerned about "girl" but the recruiters & schools make a point of being sure that does not interfere, I have been working on related avenue ( oil-shale water-tanker ) but have the Schneider recruiter's email ~ if you want it pm me

I have strong feelings that the written questions do not serve public safety - I have written the command office of DPS in Austin so stating. What one does is to just bang them in with rote study, taking whatever "in-the-cab" instruction you can get, which will be very favorable for any reasonable effort on your part: I have seen multiple female operators of large equipment such as trucks and one -> can get over it <- so my advice is to "cool down" about the fears as "steel-nerve-reserve" can be replaced with just do what the instructor says, remain calm as after 100 hours or so one gets a grasp of where the back trailer wheels are along with how to turn and so on,.... endless hours result in what I call repetition-hypnosis ( mind goes blank ) and truth be told is actually the major risk in the long take on it .....

Like you say, C.D.L. alone "does not cut it" ~ that is exactly what the schools are really good for for a person in your position, when I drove for a few months decades ago it was ten seconds to ask how to flip the road-ranger button then try to hold the engine above idle so that the brakes would work - hauling elephants for Carson & Barnes Circus - Hugo Oklahoma
