Stuff you bought at truck stops?

My sentiments exactly,.. I buy nothing my fuel points cant pay for. Basically,.. free stuff.

Truck stops over charge for everything. I see guys buying those cheap Chinese TV's for $199 and $250,.. the same ones on Amazon for $69 and $99. $300 for the same inverter you can buy for $99 online.

They charge $35 each for 4" straps,.. the same straps I can buy at Freightliner or Farm and Tractor for $10 each.

Was going to buy a stungun flashlight but the guy selling them wouldn't let me zap him to see how well it worked.

 

Camera,watch and a necklace from peddlers.they were worth the money and better then anything similar inside a truck stop.

 

Not much........but I do remember the very first item I ever bought at a truckstop.

It was a Black t-shirt from the 76 in Sawyer,Mi............You guys remember when the truckstops had their name and town embroidered on the backs of them?

They Looked like Rock T-shirts we wore in High School But Had the Truckstop Name on Back and Some Crazy stuff on front like..."1000 miles a day is the ONLY way"
