Des Moines: Semi truck jumps curb, gets stuck onto sidewalk median Several lanes on Martin Luter King Parkway were closed Monday morning after a semi-truck trailer ramped up a sidewalk median and got stuck. Police said the driver apparently forgot how long his trailer was when making a left hand turn onto MLK Parkway around 10 a.m.

In the UK the lanes and driver seat are opposite what we have here in the US.. sleeping with head out the window I don't understand unless she uses the edge with the window open and a pillow of sorts.. hence she uses the edge with the window open as an arm rest
