    Already worked on that. I have a record of violations with details about what actions were taken. I study the regs quite often. It has become my light reading when I get home.

    I had a guy test positive, post accident who chose to got he craig's list route. A year later I receive a previous employer check and report the truth

    The guy's wife was on the phone wanting to know the facts, I can't tell her without his written permission...Hag first class...was gonna come up from SC to NJ to kick my Butt...didn't say butt if you know what I mean.

    Musta been a great job through a neighbor or relative & he screwed the pooch...

    Company policy from our Controlled. Substance and alcohol policy is “report to work fit for duty and remain fit while on duty”
    Useage no different from alcohol

    Frankly, I agree. Being a former pot head myself, I can attest that I've felt way worse with a hangover than I ever did with pot. Jus sayin and keeping it real.
