Oh you guys. Lol. The guy that owns the trailer has been getting Alumaclear sprayed on these new ones. And I get the trailer waxed whenever I get it washed.

On the truck I use either Chemical Guys Waterless Car Wash or their Quick Detailer spray to wipe the truck down between washes. And i carry a duster to keep the dust off. I use Zephyr Pro40 on my wheels and either Chemical Guys Tire Kicker or Mop n Glo on my tires and mud flaps.

Calling ######## lol. Your idea of not clean is brand new to everyone else lol. You got one of those trucks that gives me neck problems. Please retire so the rest of us don't need to see the chiropractor every time you roll past.

And here’s proof that it isn’t always clean. And one of my favorite pics with the reflection off the trailer.

All the chemical tankers that are insulated, have the compressed foam insulation covered with a thin stainless steel skin. The trick is NO ACID WASHING. And if someone does you kick their butt from one end of the wash bay to the other and back again. Once spring rolls around Im gonna take my truck to a professional detailer and get her back up to @Long FLD standards then Im just gonna have to work my butt off to keep it there.

Nothing is as hard on a truck as running the NW in the winter. I really don’t miss those months of a filthy truck, and I don’t think I could do it now that I own my truck. Hats off to you guys that do it every day.

If my 40 foot Heil Looked that purty my bosses (Plural) in those days would have a collective seizure. The one I had was probably a inch of concrete on top of the basic tank wall under.

Matlack's 100 anniversary trailer was polished insulated Stainless.

Got drafted into polishing on it for a Bulk Carrier Day. Vinegar diluted with water...spritz and wipe, spritz and wipe...6 of us took half of the morning just to make sure the water spots, etc. were gone.

I also remember getting one heck of a sunburn from the reflected sun......

Just wondering here, what kind of gallons can you load on that truck? I see you have two drop axles plus the extras you already have. Our super tankers were set up a lot different. We based our trucks off a truck and trailer. So the company had KW make a special truck for us and we could load 5000 gallons up on the truck. Then the trailer was 4 axles and would hold up to 8000 gallons.

That happens to be a 7500 gallon 2 compartment trailer but we haul chemicals and other heavy liquid. Lightest thing we haul is ruffly 10.5 pounds per gallon so we haul by weight not gallons. Typically our 4 axle trailer we load between 60-65,000 pounds depending on trailer as some are heavier then others but we can gross out between 103,500-105,500 depending on the tractors wheelbase.
