Yes. Just bought a step with Sturdy Lite ramps. Used them a couple of times worked fine. They are rated at 25k per axle. No negative comments, but then I have never used another brand to compare.

I've got a pair of the 8' ramps/load levelers from discount ramp.
    No complaints so far.
They're a stand up company in my book.
I picked them up direct at the factory and it wasn't till I got home when I realized I was missing two of the stakes for load leveling. They overnighted them with no questions asked.

From what I've seen, a set of ramps will take more abuse than a trailer will !!!!o_O

No experience with any other ramp kit besides the HD Ramps kit. I bought mine through Superior Trailers in OKC, OK.

Mine are rated 23,500 lbs each piece for a combined supported gross weight of 47,000 lbs. Most I have ever personally loaded on them was a 44k grader.

Ramps themselves will take a lot of abuse.

This is a Komatsu D61. 42k lbs. I've moved approx 19 or 20 of these with out issue.

Just a suggestion. HD Ramps sells a brace stand that goes below the rear DOT bumper. I did not have one at the time of this pic. I do now and it makes a world of difference when loading heavy up the ramps.

Have you ever had an issue with metal dozer or excavator tracks messing up the aluminum ramps??

    Yes.

Excavators not so much. But dozers with tall cleats on the tracks will damage the small cross pieces that give traction.

Figure at least one of the ramps will need some kind of repair to the cross pieces after every 10 - 15 larger dozers that travel on them. Minor repair,.. $25 - $40 for a quick weld depending on how bad they want to bend you over.

Have to be careful,.. not everyone can weld aluminum properly. Easy to burn through and melt them. You have to then become a prick and get them to fabricate a new piece with out additional cost.

Okay thank you for response I just got a set of ramps and was wondering if I should just stick to tire/rubber tracked equipment so I didn't tear them up.
