    If an O/O works under a mileage contract the he is given additional revenue per mile to offset the additional cost of fuel.

    If the O/O works under a percentage contract then usually he either gets the the FSC as it is paid on each shipment OR there is an agreed percentage that is backed out of the gross revenue that he gets and then the revenue share is calculated.
