    Does anybody have a paper Werner application? I want to know if it says something about the place where disputes should be resolved with this company. I live in New York state and would love to sue Werner in NY, but something says me that by the agreement I should sue them in the state where headquarters are located - but I do not know this for 100%. Anybody knows?

    NY is a crazy state go over to an attorney and ask your question. keep in minde in what state did the offence happen inif your home is in NY, Werner in PA and your offence happened in TX then TX gets first try at the case. being that more than 1 state is can be venue a federal court may be in order . a leagle advice is paramount

    when you get on with Werner you agree everything will be done in Nebraska and or by Nebraska rules. LIKE DISMISSING you for no reason. the said that over and over.
