Hello everyone,,, i was in a bad phase from last year December 2023 to May 2024. Not paying attention much over the road, going thru divorce then a faimly member died, had to sell my truck,, alots of things…. And in this mean time i got 6 speeding tickets and total points in california are 6 points in 12months to get your license suspended. Each ticket is of 1.5 points. I already got 3 on my record and dmv issued me a warning. But i know more is coming as soon as i pay the fine it’ll be on my record. So can i get a suggestion or advice what can do in this situation to keep my cdl.
Thank you. My driving license is from California.
I’ll really really appreciate any kind of suggestion or advice, like if i move my license to another state stuff like that. Please let me know…

    Wargames Thanks this.

Hiring right now is VERY slow. Lots of newbies not getting hired for months. Drivers with items on the MVR, or other records are having more trouble than in the past. There is ALWAYS a company somewhere willing to hire a driver, but you have to carefully research if the conditions those companies offer are acceptable to you. THERE IS NO DRIVER SHORTAGE.

find a company as a yard spotter you can’t go wrong there and for all those speeding tickets I really wouldn’t allow you on the road for a while. I think you just need a little time to reevaluate your life working in the yard is great. I think you’ll do very well with that.
