I understand that this situation puts the OP in a tough spot so I don’t mean to be the bad guy.. but why not be bothered to read the details on rate con prior to accepting and hauling the load?
The broker and carrier had the chance to fix the mistake before the wheels started rolling. Both failed to do so and now share the blame.
Use this as a learning experience. Otherwise the next time you fail to read a rate con could cost you even more of a loss.Lite bug Thanks this. -
Even finding someone to speak to at Uber is a hastle. Then if you finally get someone it’s an Indian is Mumbai or New Dehli that you can barely understand. At least that’s the case with their rideshare side, maybe they have people who speak English on the trucking side.
