I did some more research on percentage verses mileage. The mileage you are quoted on percentage are not the miles used for mileage ...they are lower and the fuel surcharge is calculated and not the surcharge given by the shipper...it is also lower.....so I have decided to stay on percentage....

 

Good choice. . Has anyone noticed sunco doing power only for owner operators with their own authority? They have it on the website... This maybe something I'd be interested in...

 

The same POS drivers also drop the trailers without filling the reefer fuel because they know the company will not come back on them to charge them because they are on mileage.....seems like every time I pick up a trailer , I have to immediately fill it or else be charged for it.....
