SE to start with

 

I agree I started out on mileage but like you say the lanes to me on SE are great, the setup is perfect for me I can't complain one bit.... but you know every driver is different, preferences all different

 

I'm at $1.62 all miles (odometer) for the first quarter... My unit fuel cost is 6¢pm of that... The numbers don't add up... Garstein, I know you track your numbers, so like me you'll get a good idea what's happening... Most owner ops dont, and I'm willing to bet Watkins is counting on that

 

Just got hired n all today will be running the "1way" fleet to Atlanta n back any info on this fleet would be greatly appreciated

 

I have a partner of mine on that fleet I heard they get miles just might be a lot of Deadhead miles as well

 

Preciate homie ain't trying to get rich just enough to take care of jit ya know

your rev per mile at 1.62 is real good....I came in at 1.42 with a little more for fuel at .0666 (I don't like that number)
here are my numbers....I feel my 1st quarter maintenance is high....hope that doesn't continue....
One good number is my tires.....they are all pretty new for now...

These are all actual cost numbers.....Since the Lumper fees, tolls and some reefer fuel is reimbursed they are not included...
I will still need to see how these numbers compare to the new mileage program we were forced on to......
