I guess it's all in which area you work. I took off this weekend, and they have called me for three different loads.

 

If it's the compressor, you can get one online for less than $300, they are not that hard to change

 

Was told to make the run or lose my job, after being told I could go home. Thanks Sunco/Watkins for ruining what I thought a pretty good gig. Time to retire again

 

WoW, one negative post, and here come the naysayers. truckfit, I can understand your position, but for someone to come in here and say "LOOK OUT FOR SUNCO, I HEARD THEY WERE BAD", just wow. Overall Sunco/Watkins has treated me pretty good, in fact they were not the ones that pissed me off, it was the company I am on the dedicated run that threatened me to be taken off the run if I didn't make it. I run 2500 miles a week, and I am home every weekend. It is not the best paying job in the industry, but it pays enough for me.I pick up a load at the same place every night, and deliver the same place (drop and hook both ends) and normally run back M/T. Great fuel mileage.
