well I got the news on my tractor today......I have been sitting in a motel for a week now.....yes, the EGR cooler was leaking so at least we found out where the water was going....out the stack....I was putting 3-4 gallons a day in the radiator and could not find one leak.....being that the EGR is next to the turbo, they also found a cracked turbo.....
so he calls and tell me the cost to fix the truck is $9K..... I ran that truck less than a month.....so I get their details tomorrow......they have to talk about it.....
If I am asked to pay any amount, I will hand them back the keys.....So Frank....I may be joining you.....

That sucks man... Hope they pay for it... I'm not a fan of the guy who runs the Lakeland shop... I have no idea what his name is but to put it nicely we don't see eye to eye

 

Yea... It's technically not forced dispatch... But there are many times they will only have a load or two where your at... Of course you could sit... I pretty much run what they give me and I've been doing pretty good... Not getting rich by any means but happy for the most part

 

Has anyone been to mclane in Orlando? If so is there anywhere to park around there... I deliver at 5am and want to get there tonight

I was there last week.....as you come down the street to mc lane....on the right, you will see a sign for the receiving dept.....if there are no trucks there, turn in and you can park on the right side overnight....last week there were trucks out to the driveway....if so, continue down the street to the first right.....go straight to the end ...it is a dead end street with a turnaround at the end....I parked back there overnight....there was a few trucks back there also.....no problems...LMB...I believe it is channel 33 ....not 32...
