when you leave Mclane....out of the dock ...go left...the opposite of where you came in...when you exit the gate you will be at the dead end street where you stayed overnight....

 

I delivered my load this morning and came over to this ghetto truck stop on OBT to use the can and get a cup of coffee... Called dispatch to see if we have any loads, otherwise ill go home and take a 34... I'm gonna need one soon, but have enough hours to do another turn... Well they can't give me a straight answer, she say we have a few loads but haven't gotten that far yet... This is the one thing that drives me crazy about Sunco..

 

Haha very true... I wasn't even looking for that... Just if we had any freight? Or should I take it to the house... Jason finally called with the "last load" auburndale to Henderson nc..

 

I was supposed to pick up that same load at warehouse 7 today at 1330 they said it wasn't to till tomorrow... Sunco wanted me to wait ... I told them no, I'm going home to take a restart... I'm assuming you got stuck with that load... I too had to drop my mty in leesburg...

 

Well I have nothing bad to say about how they handled my situation. They asked me if I wanted to move to a new truck......same thing....Volvo....but this one had just come back from the dealer with a new in-frame, new brakes and drums, new compressor, 4 new tires and a new mattress....so I went for it...I switch everything over this weekend..... plus it has 390K miles and comes with a warranty on the motor.....they also are going to do a fresh oil change and lube, fuel filters, air filter and a few other minor details.....I will have to sign a new lease on Monday and start over......I can't complain about this deal and am happy with the outcome.....
