Go into a Bass Pro or Academy and look in their fishing section. I found el cheapie polarized and love em. I've had Maui Jims and Oakleys and they all break the same.

I use Polar Optics Polarized clip ons over my regular glasses. Cant afford script sunglasses and they help keep crap off my prescription glasses.

I buy them by the 6 pack at SAMs. $12-13 for 6. Just throw them away when they get scratched

The old saying you'll lose an expensive pair of sunglasses but you can't give a $5 pair away holds true with me. I might go $10.

I have 6 cheapies laying around. I don't know where my Raybans are? :)

Uvex makes good looking safety glasses with interchangeable lenses. When I worked at a nuclear plant in the warehouse we couldn't keep them in stock. As soon as we got a pallet in they were gone the next day. 3000 construction workers wore them around the clock. Even driving their cars.

Oakley's... Bennies pay for mine.... I have had metal frames before and I hate them.. I like plastic wrap around frame because they block my eyes from the side... Polarized lenses too boot.... I did buy a paid of Porsche Sunglasses one time (cost $650) never again will I buy heavy metal framed sunglasses... Most Oakley's I buy run $350-$450...

I used to by el'cheapo's all the time... but when I started getting high end glasses I noticed a difference in sunlight protection and frame quality... Not to mention good warranties as well... Plus if I scratch my lenses I can order news ones from Oakley or Ebay..

I need glasses as I had laser eye surgery years ago and find my eyes are a little more sensitive to sunlight... I get headaches if I don't have em..

Finally broke the aviator. Or rather my son pulled them apart, too funny. What about Bolle, Kaenon or Hobies?

Bolle is a good brand favored by skiers and glacier climbers for excellent UV protection and ability to bring out details in snow. Their tint would be good for driving. Oakley is also an excellent brand.

    EverLuc Thanks this.

Thanks. I am going to opt for the plastic frame such as GOV'T stated. The avaitors did begin to seem heavy. Bolle Fang or Anacandas wrap around also and appear to hug the temples quite well. I did go to the Spotters site and those are nice also.
