Sunglasses

REVO. Buy at sunglass hut's located in the shopping centers that have the outlet stores.those of you that espouse cheap sunglasses truly need to at least try on a real pair of sunglasses,walk to the store front and look out the window doing a side by side comparison of your cheap brands vs. a real pair of performance eyewear.

 

I wear prescription glasses, and use Cocoons. I picked them up at Cabelas.

 

I destroy sunglasses so rapidly that anything over $20 seems a waste to me. Enjoy your expensive toys.

 

Thats how I used to be too , but when I started buying more expensive pair then I changed a bit. Lol

I have had the pair I have now for 7 yrs and the other two pair I have i've had for 4 yrs..

 

I wear expensive gloves and sunglasses, polarized of course. The glasses however I did lift off my young son he is still looking for them lol. I spent a long time in an industry the right tool for the job was priceless. That kinda applies here.

 

i have prescription wrap around sunglasses with all the bells and whistles
the glare on the ocean all those years ocean fishing forced all of us into them or we would have been blind

My one pair is polarized and yes they are nice , but did you ever try a pair with orange lenses ?

( maybe my orange ones are considered polarized )

 

Yea kinda like shooting glasses I call them. They do a fine job, but something about a lifted pair of Oakley's has an appeal to me. My orange ones are polarized, I got into the polarized deal bass fishing clear water you can literally see the fish in the water.
He can't be to poor has a '14 2500 mega cab diesel Jake Brake the whole 9 yards. But his Pete and both trailers are paid for so gotta spend it something right?

 

Put me on the "Cheapo" bandwagon. My wife bought me an expensive pair of Ray Bans once and I lost them in about 2 weeks. I usually buy $20-30 pairs, so it's not such a tragedy when I lose or break them. My question is how many of you wear the yellow tinted night driving glasses? I do sometimes, especially when I know I'm going to have a lot of oncoming traffic, but I've also heard that they're not a good idea.

 

I think it was Mack E6 that hit on it early on.

Whatever you buy, make sure they are labeled to block 98-100% UV-A and B Rays. Cheap ones (Also expensive ones) that aren't, can fool the eyes and do more harm than good.

Day time, I use Oakley M's and Serengeti Drivers at night.
