    I agree and disagree.

In my line of work going down back roads I really enjoy having the extra light to see wild life and what not.

RockinChair, flood and truckdriver31 Thank this.

I remember back in the day when Texas had headlight adjustment a part of the annual vehicle inspection. They had a machine that when put in front of the light showed where the beam was aimed. Sure, they always added a dollar or two for alignment, but at least they were correct. Seems like they did away with that in the early 80's. Now that headlights are encapsulated, there is no real way to adjust.
Then the idiots put 6-8" lifts in their pickups and the lights are aimed at your windshield.

4 million candle powered spot lights get attention really quick. Even across the median
Don’t dim high beams after I flash. Well your retinas will get burned. .

and get ready to be charged with vehicular manslaughter when you cause that truck to kill someone. That is about as smart as people shining lasers into ####pits of planes.

I'm ordering up some ####-you level spotlights to mount under the back bumper of my pickup. Seems like dimming your lights while following someone is no longer common courtesy.

Yep I have 2 KC off-road lights on my trl
Just for that purpose. They are aimed low enough to not blind the person behind me
    But they get the point.
