I really try to stay out of this nonsence--although i did post a pretty tructhful post much earlier--documenting people that use them and exactly what they told me--for information only--a few other people who have and do run this set up has also posted their OPINIONS without berating someone else!
But Ironpony--if you are going to attack someone for their lack of experience--it would be a good idea to have some YOURSELF--as you put it--up on your high experienced horse-(since your info states a whooping THREE YEARS)-and I know you aren't gonna like this--BUT someone gotta tell you(after all you started it!)SON--the new socks I am wearing have more mile backing up then you will probably ever see going forward!
Yet no one has attacked you and/or your opinions--but you felt you had to get all high and mighty--the post was out of line in what was/is supposed to be a civil discussion--so think about it--People in glass houses should not throw stones! So in the immortal words of Don Zimmer(during the umpires strike)get some time in the league you bush ######!
Have a safe trip![]()

By the way--there have been many many posts here about all us old school drivers want help etc--(which for the most part is untrue)--but for those of you who wonder--it is attitudes like this that have turned off so many of us--If I had a dollar for everytime some new driver asked me a question--or heard one ask another older driver--then dispute the answer etc--just makes you shake your head!
Lilbit Thanks this. -
BTW... your posts are quite appreciated - mostly. -
Don Garlits and John Force have been whoopin ##### for years on supersingles.

Ok new opinion.. I blew a super. Back tire on my trailer passenger side. The $1350 repair included the roadside visit and repair of the mudflap bracket. Bent that piece of angle iron so bad the guy had to cut it off to put the new tire on. Then I had to risk getting caught without it to have him weld it back on.. Ran out my 14 clock on the side of the road waiting to get fixed.. I had 3 hours 55 mins left when it blew. Luckily was near a Petrol. Unluckily a weigh station was between me and that Petrol..
It was closed. WHEW -

You'll have to pick through the list - it's not alphabetized or sorted in any apparently useful manner. -
