I got my trailer over at Grace TW in Memphis and headed out this morning for my DH to Cincy. Along the way I got a "Change of Plans" message. Now I load tomorrow at 10 for an 8 Am delivery Monday morning in Tupelo MS. Right back down to Memphis.
No directions on the T/O and not much time to pull it off. Loads at 10? Might get out of Cincy by 1, then delivers at 8 am? 10 hours away? We'll see how it works out. If anything goes wrong(delays at shipper etc.) it will be late.

Where are you loading out of Cincinnati Firebird?
-
Loaded over at Cognis (same as BASF and Emery)
-
Exit 6? Off of 75? Did they take 4 hours because of paperwork issues? Last few times I've been there it has been a paperwork nightmare.

Yep, that's the place but it was a Sunday morning and didn't have any problems at all. Went pretty well.
Now I am on that &$^& Magnolia AR to Winder GA load. man I hate this one. -
I loaded there this afternoon. They got me out in 2 hours.
Pretty good turn around for Cincy. Got unloaded at around 12:30 and had a 4 PM appointment to load at BASF/Cognis heading to BASF/Cognis in Mauldin SC. As an added bonus this load is only 11,000 lbs which should make the gorge into Ashville a little easier. -
That is good turnaround time. I've heard about Magnolia place. Every time I'm in Memphis I go to that place right across the river. I can't remember the name. Had f un on the 17 from Phx to Flagstaff . Crazy snowstorm that shut it down for a couple of hours. A real joy when your mt.

Tankwashed back to High Point after dropping the loaded trailer and hooking to a dirty one at Mauldin. Its funny a SPCR Driver came in right after me. He had loaded in Cincinnati 2 hours after me with the same product. He had 12,000 lbs and I had 11,500. The empty I had was the same product delivered the day before weighing 31,000 Lbs. Why not put 23,500 on my trailer rather than use 2 trucks? Good for us I guess.
Sitting at home today working my honey do list. Got a 450 mile load tomorrow headed to Alabama delivering Friday.Last edited: Nov 10, 2011

They originally had me on that Mauldin load but took me off for the Tupelo MS.
I ran that Winder GA from Magnolia. Not too bad but really tight on the schedule. I got empty last night and got to bed around 2 AM.
Atlanta didn't have anything so I tried Greer and High Point..nothing. I only had 12 hours left on my 70 so Atlanta just deadheaded me home. If I am going to do a 34 I would rather do it and home.
