Superior is a great company to work for. They hired me out of school and let me sleep in hotels during training. I did regional before they let me loose OTR. It was short runs, like 200-400 miles. You'll probably be home most nights. Less miles means less money, but you are home more vs OTR. You'll probably do $1K gross most weeks vs $1300 doing OTR. You can make a bit more or less depending on how the dispatchers schedule things. I always volunteered for local work as well in between runs. That adds up.
Only problem I can think of is the old trucks, but they'll all be replaced within 2 years. Plus we get layover pay, so a breakdown doesn't matter.
