I have the very first TDN 500 and I was very pleased until this week...My device stopped working..navi.exe encourage a fatal error..I try the repair option on TDN dock (new version) but it's shut down the application (dock). I try to update the map..same issue..

I called RM and have been told to buy a new device at the discount price. Before I do that, I would to be sure that it is not possible to update file via computer without the dock software..

Someone encourage the same issue ?? Thank's..

Probably whole different beast. Tablet has to process more. Can a different arm be added to the dash mount?

T5B, TxC models are not able to get the map updates, so even if you can get it operational your maps will still be about 4 years old.

    What model (back)?

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Not at this time.

I should clarify, RM does not.

    Thanks,

Don't have the GPS with me right now, but it was the very first release. Order even before it was actually on the market !!

That would probably be the T5B. Time to move up to a newer one. That model is about 6 six years old.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Mark, have any ideas for a 720 with the new updates, was working fine Monday and Tuesday, working fine earlier today, and went to add a new route to it and it just freezes up at the calculating window. Doesn't matter the destination, just freezes. Pressing the reset button, or holding the power button twice brings it back to normal. Everything else works I just can't route

Route/JV distance, toggle left to turn off for right now.

Hard testing for the Freeze, Calculating, and Navi.exe is going on right now. RM has found the issue and the code has been fixed. It was a multi-issue bug, but it has been found and is in testing. QA will then have to test and a scheduled release date set up.

    Thanks,
    Mark
