I'm PM you the email after this posts, Also I can confirm it's happening constantly, Was just in Denver it locked up a total of 10 times, then in SLC today it locked up as soon as it got close to down town and it was a constant fight to refresh the unit. But once you get the unit out on the open road away from any city's it works flawless.

Hi Mark. I updated my 720 a couple weeks back. I ran from Louisiana to Arkansas. Interstate 49 in Arkansas was not on the map. May be I didn't update the latest maps.

Screenshot_2016-01-15-22-40-20.png Screenshot_2016-01-15-22-41-07.png 1 thing before bed & before I forget; in Dallas,TX on S 2nd Ave approx address on the 510 is 5317 - heading SE only, (divided road, heading NW there is no restriction) there is a 24,000lb per tandem axle bridge that my 510 always routes me over as it is rightfully the fastest/easiest/safest way back to civilization, yet I have my truck set always loaded @80,000lbs.

This is right next to the large "Atomic" dropyard behind the pick & pull that many companies use in the Dallas ghetto. Having seen many trucks go that way, I think they just follow the GPS without noticing the sign, most are not empty; only a matter of time before bad things happen.

Proper route I use is run S2nd Ave NW up to Hatcher St - turn left on Hatcher - run Hatcher to TX175 -
Going north/west turn right on South Central Expressway service road & merge onto TX175 N/W on the left - runs right back to I45/I30.
Going south/east run Hatcher under TX175 & turn left on South Central Expressway service road - run that down to Walnut - turn left on Walnut - weave through the S turn - after stop sign TX175 S/E entrance is immediate left - runs straight into I20.

    Cheers

    Thanks for the reply Mark.
I was finally able to get through to tech support. RM had to remote into my computer... they found a few bad files. So far, so good.

Make sure the DC end of the Power cable is tight in the DC Socket. Usually you can take a plastic fork and use one of the tangs off of it and slide it between the DC plug and socket.

Let me know if you try this and still have an issue.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Have you called Tech Support to let them know you have this power issue? I just had one fixed that seems to have the same issue.

    Thanks,
    Mark
