Yes by RM. The 730 should not be having battery issues. What are the symptoms you are having?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Turns off immediately if it comes unplugged. I've gotten a solid white screen twice now that stayed on even after unplugged. Pushed reset button at it went away.

I tried my other charger from my 520.

I am driving a 2017 frieghtliner and am losing gps signal on my 730 after I stop for more than 20 mins. I have tried relocating the unit and same results. RM support said it is the truck but after 30mins to 3hrs, it gets signal back and works great until the next stop. I noticed an earlier thread with this problem, any help?

You cannot use the 520 DC cord with the 730.

    5" - 5vdc@1.5 amps
    7" - 5vdc@2.5 amps

The 7" needs more current to drive the HD Screen and charge at the same time.

The issue seems like the unit is not charging. Start a conversation (PM) with me.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Let's try this.

When you stop, do you turn the truck off and lose the signal or is the truck running when you lose the signal?

Do you mount on the dash or on the windshield? Pic if possible.

Next time, with the truck turned off and GPS has a signal, leave the GPS on and see if the GPS signal goes away. Take the GPS to the sleeper, away from the dash.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Newest location as of today. The unit holds signal with truck off and unit in sleeper, will hold signal until truck moves for around 15-20 minutes down road.

I see an antenna connection. Does this transmit RF?

    Thanks,
    Mark
