Yeah van is least specialized But besides reefer it's the most difficult job if you take into account all that bs van drivers have to put up with.
And how are WM drivers "elite"? Dropping and hooking trailers at spacious DCs don't require much skills as well as parking for the night at any WM store.

Well some stores are actually tight, and in today's age of soupa twuckas finding a driver that doesn't have a record of tearing up equipment, violations, looks presentable, doesn't dump out piss jugs in parking lot, defecate in bags, and has a vocabulary consisting of more than just 4 letter naughty words is asking almost the world.

Granted I would think the above listed is just common sense, but have you seen some of the knuckle dragging Neanderthals driving today?

Should I have stayed pulling a skateboard making less money, working harder just to say I'm elite?

You think every local guy unloading a truck is
    Making 1700 a week.
    I think not.
    That's the extreme minority.
Most are lucky to 17/18 bucks an hour.

And nobody's talking about a mega beginner job
    Like England or swift.
I should have said a real OTR job.

Boy there are alot more things to put up with outside of dry van work. And I'm never said WM drivers are elite at all.

Dropping & hooking at the dc is pretty easy,

According to the WM drivers posting here, the changes are for everyone else. They all claim not to be affected by this.
