    Dear Employees of Swift Transport of Arizona,

    Please be advised:

    Your fellow drivers and other industry participants have almost no respect for you whatsoever. It is an open secret in the industry that your company name stands for:

    Sure Wish I Finished Training

    See What I Fouled Up Today

    Your company is NOTORIOUS for taking raw recruits and throwing them behind the wheel of a semi.

    An example. This happened on I-64 MM 27 westbound (and eastbound!) the other day. A Swift misses his exit. What does he do? He decides it would be a good idea to make a U-turn.... IN THE MEDIAN OF A DIVIDED INTERSTATE HIGHWAY. What happened next? A pickup truck had a run-under collision. I see this stuff almost every other day.

    Is it just all the trainees? Reality check here, people!

    Good one guys,lmaoooooooooooo.Sad thing is it's all true.I'm not going to use him being a newbie,or trainee as an excuse why he did the idiot thing making an illegal uturn.Sign posted NO UTURNS.Swift is just one of 10,000 plus starter companies that don't care who they hire.We have strict laws.There should be laws on who is required to train and training should be longer.How we suppose to make our roads safe when FMCSA don't meet us half way by taking advice from the many drivers.Sure this has been open to discussion and soon tossed out like yesterdays garbage.
