Sadly it is not. I know many drivers who eat like this. Hell even i fell into that trap when i was doing team with my dad. The route we had had exactly 1 stop in the middle each day for 30 mins each driver 6 days a week. Any stopping anywhere and we were late. No microwave allowed in the truck, no inverters, no 12 volt fridge, no nothing. And it was the usps. Bathrooms only at the fuel stops each day while the other guy fueled and so on. It was hell.
We both gained almost 200 pounds each over 5 years and every other team at that location that did a route like ours did as well. Hell even as a solo driver i would run my 70 out every week and by the end of the day just colapse and be done so would grab whatever was fast and a shower so i could get 6 to 7 hours of sleep.
As an O/O its much better. But that video is not innaccurate for many many drivers.
