Hi,
Weird question, but if you voluntarily surrender your CDL what happens with your DAC? Do you get a new one if you get a new CDL?

Your CDL number is on the old license and the new license. -
Though they probably do. -

DAC is what the company you work for reports on you. In 7 years of driving I only worked for one company that reported to DAC.

Your DAC report stays with you as they do also use your SS number.
But, if you surrendered your CDL, then most likely your DAC will be of no issue, UNLESS a potential NEW employer (and there are many) use DAC.
There are other back ground agencies bedsides DAC, and Sterling is one of them, I know this, as Chrysler uses Sterling.
SO the possibility of any of us being added to some sort of back ground agency will ALWAYS exist.
It's whether or not any of them exchange information with one another, which I would highly doubt, UNLESS, one buy's out another.
Then we are DOOMED, DOOMED I say..!!! -

I think it has to do with the amount of fluff posts you make.
I've got over 12k that have been counted. Medic is over 13k.
Any thing I post in the mod forum or politics don't count.
I might have twice that many, who knows. -
There are a couple questions that beg to be answered.
WHY would you even think such a thing would work?
And WHAT did you do that you need to hide? -
so there more then hire right then
