If they have not got a bracelet on him for GPS, I am willing to see the dealer and raise it "Fled the State"

Apparently there was a crowd fund it type beggar online raising money for this poor kid. And I don't know if its fact or rumor.

Maybe the Kid has managed to get out of the USA before that bond got revoked.

i knew him to be a flight risk........

i say lock him up until his trial.

even with the GPS bracelet, he can flee.......after someone removes it and a vehicle nearby....

If I was facing 60 years in jail for causing a vehicle accident the beaches in southern Mexico would be looking pretty inviting.

from what i have gathered from some of your past postings, you seem to actually

1) want to see this guy get away with killing people

2) you yourself admitted that you too would take out lives to save your own

3) you have no morals, ethics, no common sense, show no compassion for USA citizens being mercilessly killed..........and above all, godless.

 

Aaaaand he's gone never to be heard from in this country again.

seems about right to me for a killer.
Thank God we have the greatest judicial system in the World, where people can get a fair trial and just punishment, instead of being instantly convicted and sentenced to death by an old bored codger on a forum.

 

Ok a lot of people don’t show back up for trial. The problem is the court system doesn’t hold the bondsman accountable. It’s not a who is a flight risk it’s who isn’t.

 

I’m sure the courts will agree with me , but 16 months maximum in a low security jail is all this is worth.
There was no planning to harm anyone.
And maybe in the future when there’s a thread about lowering the age to get a CDL to 18 you’ll all agree with me that that’s a bad idea.

 

What about the Captain of a ship that hits a rock and people die?
Should we lock them away forever?
Or deport them?
