    Deliberate: done consciously and intentionally.

Again you are presuming that while speeding down a hill with no brakes that he consciously and intentionally chose to cause the crash. How many wrecks do you see per day? How many do you think were intensional?

Should all of the drivers that wreck go to jail? I’m not defending his driving. I’m trying to make a point as to why it would be a waste of money to put him in prison.

    I’m done arguing the point..

Let me remind you what you wrote in the previous post.

. "Not taking ramps or the ditch were bad decisions, but it doesn’t make it deliberate".

    His decisions WERE deliberate.
Otherwise they would not qualify as such.

So not to change the Subject

How about less concentration on useless offset parking that the most that a driver could do is wipe out some 4 wheeler mirrors , and concentrate more on emergency braking and Avoidance.

Dunas government needs to quit worrying how many hours we drive before we need a 30 minute break or 10 hours of rest.

How about concentrating on the driver mills spitting out non English reading drivers and also teaching and testing on emergency Evasive driving.

I deal with the Immigrant drivers on a weekly basis going around Chicago.

They conduct their driving days With the same god awful driving ,with the same wrecklesness and total disdain for rules and the law as they did in their KrapHole third world countries they came from.

Don’t believe me. Go visit those Krapholes. . They have no respect for our Rules because They never had them in their country .

If you set up a speeding sting at most of the Work Zones you could take out 500 an hour.

What is 75 in a 45 mph work zone look like? I’m thinking Deportation for Wreckless endangerment of Life

I like to be well rested also.

But when I can’t stop an hour from my appointment because I am absolutely exhausted and need to get 4-6 hours of sleep to run the last hour in but can’t , is Just Stupid and Dangerous

This is not from poor planning. This is called everyday running around Chicago dealing with construction, traffic and accidents.

There is no excuse for there being no Leeway in this rule other than Plain Stupidity.

The most most dangerous and tired driving I have done is because I can’t stop and rest because of this stupid clock.

well, I and only I know when I am tired , the govt has no clue if I am tired or not. I am glad my eld is of the loose leaf variety. lol
We have 500 miles of road, over half is gravel, with one stop halfway. It used to be that coldfoot would fill up at night, now there is trucks sitting everywhere there is room to get it out of the road, and not over one or two trucks at anytime I have driven by in the last month at coldfoot. I would go flat stir crazy if I had to spend a full ten hours on the side of the road, and be tireder than when I pulled over to start with. I do not see this working out so well come winter.
