Patience solves most problems. But every now and then you just have to throw down and say, enough. Choose your battles wisely.
Whatever you do, don’t quit from there. As things continue to tighten up, you’ll have a much better chance at staying reasonably busy with them. There are going to be a whole bunch of companies folding, before things get better. Swift won’t be one of them.

You’d still be better hanging out where you’re at. Let things do what they’re gonna’, over the next year. Then, make a change toward a carrier who will potentially be your last. You can’t quit your way up the pay scale.

Time will tell and we are sure to hear about it if it does happen. But in my experience it hasn't been that way.
