Patience solves most problems. But every now and then you just have to throw down and say, enough.
    Choose your battles wisely.

    Very cool.
Funny how loads pop out of thin air when you put your foot down.

D.Tibbitt, Opus and Speedy356 Thank this.

Whatever you do, don’t quit from there. As things continue to tighten up, you’ll have a much better chance at staying reasonably busy with them. There are going to be a whole bunch of companies folding, before things get better. Swift won’t be one of them.

Well my plan, unless something changes, was to do 6 months to a year with them before applying to somewhere like Shaffer/Crete

You’d still be better hanging out where you’re at. Let things do what they’re gonna’, over the next year. Then, make a change toward a carrier who will potentially be your last. You can’t quit your way up the pay scale.

    lual Thanks this.

See, they did get you home like i was hoping they would. Now after you finish on that home time get ready to eat a few sh** sandwiches until the butthurt fades and all will be forgiven.

Time will tell and we are sure to hear about it if it does happen.
But in my experience it hasn't been that way.
