Soundman, you are correct that we are not lawyers, but drivers. That does not mean, however, that we are too stupid to understand such "big" words. I have run into all types of people driving out on the road. Photographers, lawyers, doctors, pilots, and many others who simply got burned out in their professions and wanted something different. I understand the words just fine. I have been a emergency medical technician, security systems technician, chemical operator, and now for 3 1/2 years a truck driver. I haven't forgotten what I learned all through my 50 years of life when I slipped behind the wheel of this truck. Just making a note.

This article appeared June 23, 2009, in LandLine Magazine.com - and also reveals previously rumored, but until now uncomfirmed information regarding the focus of the investigation into the Swift PDA Millington-Memphis operation - namely, that the school was "providing inferior . . . training for financial gain. . . ."
-
Gee, will they now go and invalidate all of the licenses of the students who attended this school also?

. . . you'll see a link to a legal document issued by a law firm in New Jersey - click on the link, and at the bottom of the document you'll find their address and phone number. I called them and they took my contact info - and I think it's not a bad idea for all of us to do so.
There are other suits pending, but this is one law firm that I was able to contact.
"nikondvr", let's try to keep the comments on here constructive and timely - two things which your post was neither. -
Tony;
I did pulled the document, and i did called them they took my informtion too.tony282003 Thanks this. -
I got this from the Memphis lawyer handling one of the suits...
"Swift has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. We have responded and the federal judge hearing the case will have to read everything and make a decision. This could happen tomorrow or it could be two months from now....we just don't know and there is nothing we can do to rush the judge. This is part of what makes litigation so slow. Nevertheless, we are confident that we will win the motion and that the case will move forward. Once we get a ruling from the Court, I will let you know. Thanks
