I really like the Salt Lake City Terminal seems to be light years ahead of the other ones I've been to .Does anybody have a dedicated route out of there? What kind of accounts they have and what kind of mileage and schedules do you get ? Do they have any routes where you can have two days a week off?

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

If you’re already an employee call 866 588 5264. The person who answers should have all of the info for all of the dedicated routes at Swift.

Good to know. ya I'd probably be looking for a dry box dedicated. I've seen Costco dedicated at other terminals that were dry box so I wonder if they have something like that.

If you run Costco you’ll do both dry and reefer.

Getting home on the weekends could mean delivering at 2300 Friday and being back in the seat exactly 34 hours later.
Sunday at 0900. Then run your 70 out until next Friday night.
Frightful schedules most times with dedicated.
That is not the weekend off, it is one day of late getting home and then early to rise. All of it hectic.

I would rather spend 4 weeks out here and then take a solid 3 days at home.
That means getting home on Friday, at whatever time, and going back at the time I set for my PTA - which would be 1000 on Tuesday.
That gives a LOT more time to relax and just take it easy.
