That's the real problem, isn't it? The end result of not taking care of that problem is the 89% turnover rate the ATA estimates in the trucking industry...and the steadily increasing cost of training resulting from it. Making the changes is not easy; it is a tough job, but somebody better do it.
I don't care if I'm a -5 start driver, just give me my loads back to back with minimum downtime and leave me alone. At the end of the day they going to run you how they want to run you.
