    how intence is SWIFT DOT Physical I had a surgery in 2009 while I am on active duty navy to repair my colar bone will i need any paper work before I go to orentation

    cool that shold be no problem since I have to do a Full Seperation Physical from the navy soon I retire from the Navy in 8 Months

    Dnt ask dnt tell. They check ur bp, eyes, whisper test, and urine. As easy as it gets. If u r taking any meds have the paperwork 4 it. Doctors name address phone num. And all that stuff
