Cut the sodium out of your diet, drink lots of water to flush it out, get some exercise and try to learn relaxation techniques. When you go in for your DOT physical, tense up all of the muscles in your arms for about 30 seconds, then slowly let the muscles loosen. When the BP cuff is on, let your arm go completely limp and think about something low-stress and really boring. You can lose up to 10 points just by doing that.
request lewiston. they're good. and plenty of trainers on the range to help ya out. dunno if classes have got any bigger, but mine was about 14-17 people
JD there is some pathetic looking drivers that hobble around Swift terminals. Some have walking canes. Others are so morbidly obese the can barely waddle around. I had a microdisketomy in '05 on L5S1. I got hired in Feb 2010. I told them about it. I didn't need a doctor's note. Prime on the other hand wanted a big form filled out. The doctor wanted $50. I didn't pay it. AFAIK they are going after Prime to pay. My local clinic was much more picky than Swift. You'll be fine.
