Swift Driver Commits Suicide

Without knowing the facts neither you nor I know his "express purpose". He may have just hated his life and wasn't trying to send a message to anyone.

 

How can you say "not true"? How the heck do you know? Did you know him? Did he speak to you from "beyond"? Maybe he was thinking about not having "W" as president and couldn't handle it. Maybe he was in a lot of debt. Maybe he got AIDS from a lot lizard.

 

Perhaps you should read up of the dynamics of suicide. The facts really aren't necessary when studies over many years have shown that what I said is true. People who commit suicide generally are set out to punish someone.

What the HELL?

Actually, I DO remember reading about several suicides BECAUSE Bush was (re) elected; we all know liberals tend to swing on the screw-loose end of the spectrum, but I doubt anyone would kill themselves because Bush is no longer President.

Now, these statements back up what I posted. Anger, Revenge; either directed at himself or someone else. End result is the same, isn't it?

 

I was just kidding about the Bush thing. That was just for everyone's favorite "Bush-bot". Even if the reasons you listed are why "most" people kill themselves you can't include everyone and just say "not true". Kind of hard to ask them when they are dead.

some folks need to get a clue here and QUIT thinking everyone's lives revolve dirctly around whomever sits in the oval office

Cutting and pasting stuff you Google on the internet doesn't explain away every situation. Making blanket statements about why this man committed suicide doesn't do anyone any good. Until that reason is revealed all one can do is guess. That's what most in this discussion are doing.
What's the most common reason for suicide? Oh yeah...Swift.

 

The guy is dead...if he gets blasted this bad after he is dead...does anyone think he would have felt safe talking about what was bothering him to anyone!

I am personally tired of everything being political....of everything being discussed to death...of opinions being put into situations where the truth was lost in the need to voice opionions...even if they are based on imagination and not fact.

This sad situation is just that....sad....I don't give a darn about the truck...or the smell...or the guessing of the reason...or amateur therapists trying to guess why the guy did it in the truck....

What I care about is the Guy...and the people who loved him. Period.
