Swift driver pay raise on the way

If they want to cut their turnover rate in half or better, they could start a weekly pay guarantee, it better be high enough!!

 

I run Costco, but haven’t heard anything about it yet. :/ I guess I will wait and see

Everybody rags on swift,me included.
I've got a couple of close friends who started there
And I've talked to a few of thier drivers at the docks.
Not one of them had anything bad to say about them.

Jk don’t know, confirmed some raise for ALL drivers, they might have me at 80mph too

 

Got a message on the QC this afternoon that the owner operators will also be getting a raise although the details won't be announced until next week and it goes into effect March 8. It is for all owners and specifically mentioned dedicated accounts with those contracts being re-negotiated.
