Love to hear that. Is your truck a manual or automatic? I hear you guys are starting to get automatic now and also that you use a drive tech over a Qualcomm.
-
Automatic and use DriverTech
-
I hear DriverTech sucks a lot many problems with it. Are most of the trucks Automatic?
-
Yes I can drive that long without falling asleep, if you can't you should seriously not get your cdl.
Being out didn't bother me so much, but I love trucks, I love driving trucks, and because of this I didn't get homesick or cooped up or anything.TruckDuo Thanks this. -
@crazybread us xpress was my first choice when I decided to try dry van, but at the time because of my lack of experience they wanted me to do 175 hrs with a trainer then 8 weeks team. And I wanted neither, otherwise I would have gone with them. I have never worked for us xpress but I have talked to several of their drivers, and I would urge you to try them out before you go to swift. However, when I checked into both companies back in March of this year, swift started rookie's out 4 cents higher cpm than us xpress. Personally I would take that 4 cpm less to not have a camera in my face all day
Ketchikan baby, pete1, kutscher007 and 1 other person Thank this.
