I haven't worked for SWIFT, but I have dealt with my fair share of "it's not my issue" office personnel in dispatch and beyond.
The technique in dealing is persistence (they won't fire you for being annoying) and the goal is having your needs met.
Exhaust your own resources before relying on contacting office people. Try your best to solve issues without their input.
Come up with possible solutions before you call in.
Make it personal by using their name.
Anytime you hear "I'll call you back" say "okay, no problem ____, when will I hear from you?"
No matter what the answer is, make a plan to follow up! "In case I don't hear back in 30 mins, i'll call you back, _____?"

There are different driver rankings based on delivery performance, accidents etc. not time with the Company. Diamond and Platinum are the two highest. These two levels have a significant cpm quarterly performance bonus and other perqs such as access to an internal load board where you can select loads you want instead of waiting on a planner to assign one.
I've been Platinum for a few years now and it's what you make of it. It's my understanding that it takes 12 consecutive quarters as a Platinum ranked driver to attain Diamond ranking. The money is decent considering. If you're a platinum driver you can easily take home $900-1,000+ a week as a Company driver.
So you can laugh and disparage Swifts funny titles all you want. -
12 consecutive quarters?! Yikes that's 3 years my friend... most drivers are making that much right after they get off their trainers truck and start doing their own loads at most companies....
But that being said, the only reason why I was making fun of it is because the previous poster made it out to seem that you achieve these rankings merely by being employed there for a certain amount of time. He said that swift should get him home just because he's platinum. -
