Swift Drivers Pay.

A Swift recruiter just (yesterday) told me the pay for new drivers is .25 cpm to start with (I can't find my notes right now) raises at 3, 4, 6, & 9 months so that at 12 months the pay is .35 cpm. During the 6 weeks of OTR training a new driver receives $450 for the first 4 weeks and $500 for the next 2 weeks.

That is what my recruiter told me this morning. I will be starting next Monday dec 14th in Sparks NV.

 

Is that 450$ for a week, our 450 for 4 weeks total?

 

$450 per week.

Yes and direct deposit. I went through orientation on the 14th at Lathrop. I should be starting Monday if they have a trainer in the yard.
