Big Shrek, Injun how often to the trainers get together for meetings? Why does Swift not set high standards for all the maintenance shops to fix the trucks right the first time? To me it just seems they have no way to gage the performance of all the work groups or they just dont really care. The leaders of each work group need to stand up and start leading and if things are bad they need to find out why and how to fix the problems. The company should have incentives for all employees to produce to the best of company standards.

You are asking for "common sense" in this industry?

Boy have you got a lot to learn!

Your Mentor didn't "fill you in" on this subject I guess!:biggrin_2559:

This is a question for all that would like to answer. Is the biggest problem the shippers not being held accountable for the waiting of loading or unloading of freight?

This has been a test...had this been a real emergency...all Swift L/O's would have been given instructions to relay the load they have to the nearest company truck, hand over the BOL's to the company driver....and turn in your keys!:biggrin_2554:

You were paying attention! Every once in a while I throw a test word in to see who is paying attention!:yes2557:

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!:biggrin_255:
