Got a call from Swift, date is set for 22nd. Now I just have to bust ### and impress them in training so maybe I can get hired. The team thing wasn't first choice but with em you get paid while in sleeper CRST split the milage not pay per mile and only had to give them 8 mos instead of at least 13. Thats irrelevent now, first call first served.
You were a Marine so you know how to improvise, adapt and overcome. You can handle anything they can throw at ya! As a former Navy "Doc" the best times I had was with you guys. Took #### good care of me in Cental America. Good luck, hope to see you on the road sometime.

Where you from in KY I'm out of Lexington. Oh and by saying you was Navy Lowered you on my Cool scale until I saw you were a DOC now your way up on the cool scale LOL!!! I'm sure the Marines did take good care of you but that's only because we know our DOC's will always come and take care of us. Some of my best friends while in were DOCs. Which terminal you going to be at that way if I stop into that terminal in the next few weeks while you re training. I'll look you up! PM if you want anytime.

I live Here in Idle Hour neighborhood. I was going to Memphis, but now they have put things on hold to look at a way to medically disqualify me. Said needed to review that stuff all the sudden. Guess they thought I wouldn't be able to pass DOT and now looking for a way out. Maybe I should just go to work for vehicle enforcement Heh Heh.

Well that sucks and I'm sorry to hear that. They may be checking with safety apparently they make the overall decision in whether you get hired or they could be checking with medical I'd just follow up with until they tell you not to bug them anymore. Have you checked with any other company??? Not trying to pry to much but if you can I just wouldn't tell anybody about your medical condition, of course if you take meds and stuff you'd probably have to but... I don't know just trying to help you out that's all.

They are looking hard at medications none of which are disqualifying. My consensus is both companies(Swift and CRST) don't want to contract hire me because they don't think I can handle it. So, I am going the WIA route. Got pre-hires from both companies for WIA and waiting on final approval from caseworker. Takes at least 4 weeks from approval to get funding for school. Was the school in Shepardsville any good? Really don't want to go to Swift academy because I hear other companies don't recognize it and it would limit my chances. They are PTDI accredited so I wonder how accurate that is. I'll take the long road if it helps and keeps me free from company bondage. Ill get there someday Dog and hope to see ya!
