• Find a carrier that is clear and up front with their base pay rate. be wary of carriers that advertise they " pay up to...."
• Pay is weekly on a w-2 pay structure
• Pays you for detention time, breakdown and layovers
• Trucks are well cared for and on a regular maintenance schedule
• All repairs are done immediately
• Trucks have ez pass or other toll features
• Offers Benefits
• 401K
• Paid time off
• Keep a notebook and Write down questions and answers
• Write down and or remember names - nothing worse than responding "some lady told me I could do it"
