Swift Is Good

They do hire senior drivers, in my orientation of 20 there was 3 10-30year veteran drivers, and 17 students. I'm on my 14th year and just started at Swift last month. They been ok so far, very similar to Knight in some ways who I worked for 5 years ago.

 

alot of them mentors as they call them dont stop and take a shower either

 

well- never forget all the thousands of people that were there and left because it sucked so bad. we/they are the drivers that forced change, and if it's better now, then hats off, but dont expect any of us to go back

 

this is the first time i have heard something good about swift. i know all company are not bad they just have some bad people with in the company.

after all of what i have heard, an have three company that want me,crst, pam, stevens transports..... i am wanting on swift to get back to me i want to go there.. slow trucks an all
