There are good and bed mentors. Mine was excellent. If you have issues or problems, then definitely talk to the training DM. If your complaints are legit, not just whining, they'll put you with another. And yes, they will suspend/fire a mentor, if it comes to that. I met a suspended one, on probation. Close to being fired.
