Yes I'm looking at their mentor program to start because I have not driven in a few years,but have several years experience. Why?

 

You don't have to be sad about it.

 

This while you have to drive for 5 years to not be a rookie is bs. While I in no way consider myself a vet i am diffently not a rookie. Truck driving the only career that you can do for over a year and still be called a rookie by others. But lets face it you can be a 40 year vet and wont get respect if you drive for swift. I have come to terms with this. By the way Gary terminal sucks. Good luck.

 

Thanks for the heads up Tolan, I hope to transfer to Ocala ,Fl. ASAP But I have 15 years prior driving experience just not recent. I know lots of so caled super truckers that think they are Gods gift to trucking or a legin in their own mind. I just hope I dont' get a jerk to work with or I'll have to get real.
