Thankfully, I never experienced Swift. Except for one time when in Oshkosh, WI when was was PULLING into a spot next to me and hit me so hard I fell out of bed.Brandson Thanks this.

I have to admit tho, I'm glad to see swift improving. it seems that in general, if Swift raises pay, everyone else has to as well, to some extent.

Easy to say that based on cpm. Is the freight consistent the entire year? I can offer you 4.00 a mile but if you get no miles. ........

I have a question about the new pay scale. Does it apply to a new OTR driver? 33cpm base I understand.........but how about for the shorter hauls like 200 or 300 miles. Do those rates apply to OTR?
