Swift has improved leaps and bounds over the years. Quite a few of the Swifties have been making a decent living over there.
Thankfully, I never experienced Swift. Except for one time when in Oshkosh, WI when was was PULLING into a spot next to me and hit me so hard I fell out of bed.
I have to admit tho, I'm glad to see swift improving. it seems that in general, if Swift raises pay, everyone else has to as well, to some extent.

I have a question about the new pay scale. Does it apply to a new OTR driver? 33cpm base I understand.........but how about for the shorter hauls like 200 or 300 miles. Do those rates apply to OTR? thanks.
