Swift - New Pay Scale complete details

So, at least .36cpm for drivers with less than a year of experience? That's better than Gordon and Interstate quoted me having 6 months of experience... Decisions, decisions.

I know some folks have an innate obsession for parading personal less than intelligence.

 

Swift has improved leaps and bounds over the years. Quite a few of the Swifties have been making a decent living over there.

 

Yeah, I know, haha. With 6 months experience you should still do better tho.

 

Thankfully, I never experienced Swift. Except for one time when in Oshkosh, WI when was was PULLING into a spot next to me and hit me so hard I fell out of bed.

 

I have to admit tho, I'm glad to see swift improving. it seems that in general, if Swift raises pay, everyone else has to as well, to some extent.

 

Easy to say that based on cpm. Is the freight consistent the entire year? I can offer you 4.00 a mile but if you get no miles. ........

 

I have a question about the new pay scale. Does it apply to a new OTR driver? 33cpm base I understand.........but how about for the shorter hauls like 200 or 300 miles. Do those rates apply to OTR?
